Tricom Management, LLC. is one of the oldest and most well established timeshare management companies based in Southern California and Las Vegas, Nevada. Tricom, founded in 1979, developed and managed the first timeshare property in California, which remains a Gold Crown rated resort to this day. Since the 1970’s, Tricom has provided professional management of daily operations at vacation ownership resorts and was the first timeshare management firm in California. Originally, those resorts were solely located in California, and Tricom quickly expanded operations into Nevada, Virginia, Oregon, New England area and Florida. Tricom and its affiliates have developed and manage over 75 vacation ownership resorts and hotels comprising over 6,000 total condominium suites and hotel suites.

Tricom has proudly earned over 225 American Resort Development Association (ARDA) Awards and no other timeshare management firms compare. Tricom is one of the highest ARDA Award winning companies, and it is an honor to be recognized by the timeshare industry’s largest, leading Association.
